Cynthia “Sluggo” McKinney’s cop smacking actions should not really shock us. After all, she is the one Congressperson that introduced and supports a bill calling on the government to form a 10 person Citizen’s Advisory Committee to study and maintain all government records concerning the life and death of Tupac Shakur. And what did Tupac think about cops:
